The garden where time stands still.
In a compact city like Venice, the garden of the Hotel Dei Dogi is surprising if only for its dimensions (2,000 square
metres). But it is also extraordinary for the rarity of its botanical species, among which you'll discover a peace and quiet you thought was no longer possible.
You can also visit the ancient underground icebox, where the earliest owners would store ice imported from northern Europe.
Needless to say, it's quite exciting to sip an aperitivo in such a place, even
more so to organise a dinner or banquet here.
The far end of the garden opens out onto the mysterious and romantic spectacle
of the Venetian lagoon:
a magical encounter between land and sea. And if you don't wish to
leave this enchanted corner of timeless beauty, you can spend your
entire visit here: the Presidential Suite and some of the Junior Suites of the Hotel Dei Dogi are set apart from the main building, immersed in the
garden.
