For your business meetings the luxury hotel B4 Verona Leon d'Oro has something unique to offer: two different spaces for your business. Two styles, two typologies of meeting hall, both of them sharing the highest standards of comfort, design and technology. A double guarantee of success for congresses, conferences and business meetings.

On the ground floor are the largest rooms of the Meeting Centre: the Mascagni Hall, a lovely space that can host up to 300 people, ideal for congresses and conferences with a large number of participants, and the Ponchielli Room, richly and elegantly decorated with a capacity of up to 90 people, divisible into two separate rooms. Here one breathes a rarefied air of classic style, perfect for prestigious, large-scale congresses. Between these two rooms is an ample space that can be used both for coffee breaks and for a dedicated check-in area.

Just one flight up on the second floor and you've entered into the totally different dimension of the Business Centre, just recently inaugurated. Here you'll find 7 rooms in hi-tech style, as well as an office at your disposal, all illuminated by natural light. All the rooms in this area are equipped with "cabins" that can be utilised as a coatroom, as a tech booth for coordinating media programs, or as a refreshment area.
Immediately outside the meeting rooms is a lounge area which can be set up as you wish, with an Internet point for guests and two plasma screens for transmitting images and presentations.

All of the rooms for congresses and conferences at the B4 Verona Leon d'Oro are fitted with video projector, overhead projector, flip chart, DVD, VHS, miking and amplification, dais, ADSL connection. In the smaller rooms the video projector is substituted by a plasma screen.

Moreover, you can count on the availability and experience of the hotel for more complex needs and for custom installations.
