The prestigious Tazio Ristorante Brasserie of the Boscolo Exedra di Roma has generated a fine breed of new "Tazio" restaurants such as the Tazio Fish Market dedicated to seafood specialties, the Tazio Bolliti e Arrosti specialized in meat entrees, and the Tazio Market Free Flow that offers wonderful take away meat and fish dishes.

The Tazio Vineria wine bar serves wines and champagnes served with tasty meat or fish treats, as well as enticing aperitifs inspired by more traditional recipes.

The splendid terraces and gardens of the Boscolo Hotels are ideal Terrazza Philosophy locations for enjoying fresh and light lunches with organic vegetarian or raw meat or fish dishes, accompanied by generous organic salads, fresh fruit pieces, fruit milk shakes and home-made ice cream, or elegant dinners featuring cooked or raw fish.
